California Lead Action Level at Child Care Centers. (b) Testing results with fractional readings of parts per billion (ppb) 0.5 ppb or greater shall be rounded before comparing to the Action Level. (1) A result with values of 5.5 ppb or greater shall be deemed an Action Level Exceedance. 1 Fixtures with lead exceedance were made inaccessible to further use by bagging the fixtures and by placing a Do Not Use sign. Site supervisor stated that the faucets will be retested and results will be submitted to LPA This requirement is not me at evidenced by Based on inspection and available information at the time of visit, the licensee did not comply with the directive above. Water faucet A, fountain C and D were tested and results showed an Action Level Exceedance (ALE) of 6.934, 11.1 and 8.61 respectively. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care

Trainings: Appropriate speaking- engaing when children are present as well as adult to adult interaction. Courses will be sought out with QSLA. Calendar of topics meeting and those who attended. Will submit proof of POC to LPAs by 04/15/22 LPAs observations and statements disclosed during interviews with Staff (S) S1, S2, S3, Child (C) C1, C2, C3 statements were made by C1 and S3 that S1 and S4 have had disputes in front of the children inside, outside and in the hallway. Others statement by S1's own submission that S4 will say something and 8 its not a fact and we go back and forth another statement made by S1 I maybe raised voices, but not yelling at them, maybe a little bit, I am very lowed. Other statement made by C1 children cry when S1 screams at them. This poses an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care.

Based on statements disclosed during interviews with S3 statements were made that S1 tells children to do their work again after they are done. Other statements disclosed by S3 were made that S1 tells children, don't do it again, didn't I tell you. Other statements disclosed during an 8 interview with C1 were that S4 stated to children don't do baby stuff. Another statements disclosed by S2 own submission is that children are yield at mostly authoritatively way. This poses an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care.
