By COB 02/24/2023, facility will have outlet permanetly removed from outdoor play yard and will submit visual proof to licensing. Per Lead Testing results, there is 1 drinking water outlet inside facility with lead exceedance. Director states outlets have not been used since pandemic. Since they were in use before pandemic, this poses/posed potential risk to health/safety of children.
