Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. In all but one of the preschool classrooms, chemicals were found behind cabinets that were not kept locked. Any harsh chemicals that mention "poison control" on them are considered poisonous and must be kept behind a key lock. record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. 1 Director submitted documents to transfer the Criminal Record Clearance during the inspection. Director agrees to submit a plan as to how the facility will assure compliance with the cited regulation section. Plan to be submitted to the Riverside Child Care Regional Office by 12/7/2022. In reviewing the list of staff associated to the facility, Cheng Cheng Li was not listed, yet has been employed for some time. This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. A $500.00 civil penalty is also being issued.

Based on [(observation) , the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that staff brought out, and left cleaners on children's shelf accessible during napping time which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA observed children on cots sleeping however 4 children were awake with direct supervision of a 2nd teacher.
