)(a)(1) (a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: (1) To be accorded dignity in his/her personal relationships with staff and other persons. 1 Director will provide/email a memo that will provide guidence to all four staff involdved i n the 10/09/2024 incident. The Memo will be recieved by the department no later then 1/10/2025. Based on LPA interviews, documents collected during investigation, This regulation was not met due to documents/write ups were verified, where four staff were arguing with each other infornt of infants/toddlers. 8
