, 1 Director stated they will go over ratio regulations and their plan to meet ratio at their next staff meeting on 6/18/25 and submit proof of completion via email to LPA by 6/27/25. During visit, parent informed LPA that infant room was out of ratio and teacher needed support. LPA inspected the infant room and and spoke with Staff #1 (S1) and counted the 9 children. This is a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
