Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. While touring the classroom at 2:52 PM, LPA observed an unlocked cabinet below the childrens drinking faucet/sink. Inside the cabinet, LPA observed a spray bottle labeled with bleach, Oxivir Tb All purpose cleaner that reads in Bold "Keep Out of Reach of Children CAUTION" which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
