Director stated she has already held a meeting regarding absence of supervision, and was able to provide proof of all staffs signatures. Director is asked to send over S1's "Written explanation for director and licensing" S1 left a child unattended during transition time from the classroom to the playground, resulting in an absence of supervision. This poses an immediate risk to the health and safety of children.
