Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in cleaning solutions, exterior building paint, bleach/water mix, room sprays and disinfectants were accessible to children in rooms 1-4 as the areas kept did not have child safety locks and/or within reach of children, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Based on LPA's observations and interviews conducted Staff #1 (S1) stated they were giving a teacher a break on 7/16/25 and was alone with 12 children even though they have no units. This is a potential health and safety risk to the children in care.
Based on interview conducted and LPAs observation, it was disclosed that C1 was moved from the infant classroom into the 2's classroom prior to their 2nd birthday to meet ratio. This is a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
