Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision: No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time, except as specified in Sections 101216.2(e)(1) and 101230(c)(1). Supervision shall include visual observation. This requirement was not being met as 1 Licensee agrees to meet with staff and discuss better practices to assure children are supervised at all times. Licensee is to submit a copy of the agenda, regarding the topics discussed, along with a sign in sheet of staff present, to the Riverside Child Care Regional Office by 5/4/2022. evidenced by the observation made of a child walking, on their own, from one classroom to another and a child using a restroom, without staff supervision. This poses an immediate risk to the Health, Safety, and Personal rights of the children in care. 8
