The plan of correction will be submitted to LPA Jimenez by 06/24/2026 at the end business day via email. C1 was left in the classroom 10 unattended during transition time, from 9:28AM to 9:48AM. LPA reviewed Video footage showed the time C1 was alone in the classroom.
