Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. While touring the inside of the facility at 10:19 a.m. LPA observed an open door leading into the kitchen area. LPA observed a child entering into the kitchen. Inside the kitchen area, LPA observed Simple Green and Lysol on top of the counter that is located to the right of the entrance which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Upon arrival, LPA was met by Marie Roseline Sebaste who stated she was the individual in charge. Marie stated she was a teacher who has been working at the center since February 2024. LPA also observed Melissa Vidana caring for 12 children. Melissa Vidana stated she has been working at the facility since January/February 2024. Based on records review, both Marie and Melissa were not associated to Learning Experience Early Education Center, The, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
