Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in. While touring the inside of the facility at 10:27 a.m. LPA observed an unlocked cabinet underneath the diaper changing table. Inside the unlocked cabinet LPA observed Peroxide, Lysol, and Awesome Window cleaner which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

This requirement was not met by: 1 LPA observed staff (S2) arrive inside the Infant Plus classroom at 8:06 am bringing the facility back into ratio. Director stated, she just hired a new aide for the Infant program. At the time of the visit today, LPA observed 7 infants inside the Infant Plus classroom with one staff. This poses an immediately health and safety risk to children in care. 8
