This requirement has not been met by evidence: The facility would commingle preschool children with infants. This Facility will ensure that they will not commingle daycare children by POC date: 8/1/24. LPA will return to clear the deficiency. is considered as an immediate risk to the children in care. 8

Staff#1 was in a infant classroom ("Toddler room") with four infants without a qualified Teacher present.

Staff#2 did not have their Infant units available for review at time of inspeciton.

This requirement has not been met by evidence: LPA observed facility commingling infant children with preschool children. This is considered as an immediate 1 Owner stated that they will be hiring more staff by POC date 2/24/2024. LPA will return to clear the deficiency.
