LPA conducted inspection and did not see ripped mats in classroom. Administrator showed LPA storage closet with spare mats. During inspection on 7/1/2024 LPA toured classrooms and observed ripped napping mats in toddler classroom which poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights to persons in care.
