During today's inspection, the Child Care Center (CCC) was found to be in compliance with the capacity limitation requirements.However, the Director shall submit a written Plan of Correction to ensure that capacity limitations continue to be implemented and that there is no comingling of pre school and infants. 12/11/2025 During the inspection conducted on November 19, 2025, it was noted through record review and staff interviews that Child #1, who turned two years old over a month ago, was still being dropped off at the Infant Program. This poses an immediate risk to healt and safety of children in care.

POC shall be submitted no later than 11/19/2025 Based on observation and interview Staff 1 was supervising 5 infants which exceeds the 1:4 ratio requirement..
