Bottled drinking water is provided for drinking Lead test results received by CCLD on 10/14/2025, tested on 09/13/2025 had lead level exceeding 5 parts per billion in Outlet G. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
Outlets A, B, D and H were taken out of service on 09/09/2022. During today's inspection, LPA verified that these outlets are out of service. Bottled drinking water is provided for drinking/food preparetion. Lead test result received by CCLD on 09/07/2022, tested on 08/17/2022 had lead level exceeding 5 parts per billion in Outlets A, B, D & H. This is a potential health and safety risk to the children in care. 8 Replacement has been ordered and Director shall notify LPA upon completion of replacement and re-testing.
