Based on interviews with Licensee and one staff an incident occurred when a staff member yelled at children which poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care. A Civil penalty is assessed for repeat violations, in the amount of $250 for the violation. 8 The documentation was submitted on 01/06/2025 to the department. POC has been cleared during today’s visit.
