Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as LPA observed a large scraping tool, 2 gallon jugs of lime away, SOS steel wool pads, 4 liquid bottles of sanitizing spray, and 2 cans of sanitizing aerosol spray, 3 five gallon corrosive liquid solution for sinks, 5 additional liquid power cleaners. The kitchen door is attached to the Preschool room 1 and 2 which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as LPA observed a picnic table and bench structure with visible rust on legs, posts and faux faucets which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
