This requirment was not met as evidence by: 1 Site Supervisor will host staff meeting and review supervision regualtions and faciltiies transition policy. Site Supervisor will have all staff sign statement that they understand and will comply with regulations and policies and submit to LPA Sims via email by 03/06/26 Based on observation of video footage and interview the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by C1 being unsupervised for 3 minutes outside which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care 8
