By 01/29/24, Katrina and Noppaket indicated that they will submit a written Plan of Correction to Licensing and will conduct an all staff training including areas on supervision, personal rights, safety, first aid, and reporting requirements. Training agenda and proof of attendance to be sent to Licensing after the training. Due to neglect/lack of supervision, a child sustained multiple injuries while in care. This poses an immediate risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.

By 01/29/24, Katrina and Noppaket stated that they will submit a written Plan of Correction to ensure that children's personal rights are not violated. A daycare child was able to reach a bottle warming device that was placed at the edge of the counter table. The child sustained burns on the upper arm from the tipped bottle warmer. This poses an immediate risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care. 8 Upon receipt, licensee shall post and provide copies of this licensing report to parents/guardians of children in care at the facility and to parents/guardians of children newly enrolled at the facility during the next 12 months.

By 01/31/24, Katrina and Noppaket stated that they will submit a written Plan of Correction to ensure that unusual incidents shall be reported to Licensing with the required time frame. In addition, a completed Unusual Incident/Injury Report (LIC 624) pertaining to the incident occurred on 01/16/24 be sent to Licensing. An unusual incident that occurred on 01/16/24 involving a daycare child who sustained burns on the upper arm from a tipped bottle warmer was not reported to Licensing. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights to children in care.
