The surface of the outdoor activity space is in need of repair. LPA observed the rear play yard to have areas along the walls and 2 doors that needs to be repaired due to paint chippings and a large wooden board along the wall that needs to be repaired due to damaged bottom portion. which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Menus shall be in writing and shall be posted at least one week in advance in an area accessible for review by the child's authorized representative. Copies of the menus as served shall be dated and kept on file for at least 30 days. Menus shall be made available for review by the child's authorized representative and the Department upon request. 1 Director will email a copy of the Menu.
