This requirement is not met evidenced by: Director submitted retraining documents on appropriate teacher-child interactions and personal rights to LPA by due date. Based on interviews and record reviews, both interviewed staff confimred that the inappropriate playful interactions occurred, which poses a potential risk to the health, safety and personal rights of the children in care. 8
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, LPA obseved a pair of thread snip scissor and a bottle of Bactrim spray in an open container within reach of the children in care, which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
