Based on observation, record review and information obtained the facility did not comply with the section cited above, the uncleared staff members (S7 & S8) were present in the preschool facility while there were children in care during today’s inspection from 9:00am to 1:33pm., which poses/posed an immediatel health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, LPAs observered two medications located in Classroom 9 in a bag without a lock on a shellf near children's designated sink which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
