Facility agrees to develop and implement a plan to make sure that they have enough staff to meet the minimum ratio requirements, specifically during the napping hours of 12:30-2:30 p.m. Plan will be sent to LPA via email. This requirement was not met evidence by: At approximately 12:55 p.m. LPA observed in two classrooms where one staff member was left supervising more than 12 children in care which poses an immediate health and safety risk to the children in care. 8 Director agrees to submit a statement of understanding of the regulation to LPA via email by due date.
