(1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time. 1 Site Supervisor will write a written statement ( LIC) 855/ Declaration on intention to ensure that children are safe and supervised at all times and to incide the side gate on to the Daily checklist and monitor gate at alll times.The Site Supervisor will provide an in- service training to all staff members to include supervision shall include visual observation.
