Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that there were 6 items that stated "call poison control" on their label. These items were in room 3 and room 6 in a latched cabinet and the items were inaccessible to children. However the storage area did not have a key lock or combination lock, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Based on the interview and record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential risk to the children in care. During the facility record review the LPA reviewed a Public Notice for Water Service Line testing dated November 26, 2024. However, the Licensee stated the facility never had water testing on any of the faucets.

LPAs observed the cabinets to contain cleaning products, hand sanitizers, disinfectants which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
