This requirement is not met as evidence by: 1 Director will review and provide a statement of understanding Teacher Aide Qualifications CCR section 101216.2 and 101216.3. The Director will also provide a detailed plan to ensure ratio is always being met at all time to the LPA via email by due date. Based on interviews, observations, record review, LPA Carreiro observed staff #1 who is a teacher aide, without any ECE units, working with a child alone in a classroom. 8

Based on interview and record review, the Director did not comply with the section cited above. LPAs were not able to verify if lead testing was completed on website: State Water Resource System. Director was unable to access Lead Testing documentation during todays inspection, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
