Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above due to LPA observing several paint buckets located in the outdoor storage closet that had no lock or doorknob cover and hand sanitizer and adult size scissors (sharp edge) located in a cabinet under the teachers desk located in the classroom, accessible to children which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
