Based on interview, Licensee did not ensure that Child #1's personal rights were not violated, when Staff #1 physically grabbed and picked Child #1 up, by the wrists, resulting in child falling to the ground. This posed an immediate risk to the health, safety, and personal rights to child in care 8 address children who need more attention and staff emotions/response will be included. Staff will sign a copy of the agenda and it will be sent to LPA by POC date. A plan of action for Staff #1 will be submitted to LPA by POC date.
