Video footage showed staff (S-2) directly spraying the hose on child (C-1) face. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights to children in care. 8 Director shall also provide training for the staff regarding appropriate discipline to use. Director shall forward a copy of the training agenda and meeting minutes to LPA by 07/16/2025.
