Based on interviews and records reviewed, Staff (S1-Juan Wu), who acts as a Center Director some days is also operating a FCCH whose operations overlaps with this centers operation hours. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety and rights of children in care

Head of schools, Joanne wu stated that they will inform parents in about their ability to enter the facility through the monthly newsletter that will be sent out on 7/31/23. Joanne stated that she will send LPA documentation. Based off of interviews and observations it was found that facility did not allow authorized reprentatives into facility unless they had a scheduled appointment. Head of Schools Joanne Wu stated that they were practicing COVID-19 requirements and was not aware this advisement had changed. This is poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.

Based on observation and interview, with head of schools, licensee, joanne wu. It was observed at 11:49am Joanne came into the directors office and had been listening into room as staff interviews were being conducted This poses an immediate risk to children in care.
