Based on interviews and evidence received, the facility served milk and animal crackers for breakfast to children ages 18 months to 2 years old which poses/posed a potential health, safety and/or personal rights risk(s) to children in care. 8 POC documents will be sent to jennifer.patel@dss.ca.gov by 2/5/26.
Based on LPA observation, children were napping in a room without visual supervision from staff which poses a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of persons in care.
Based on interviews and LPA observations, the licensee did not ensure that staff were following the label directions on the cleaner used to clean the classroom floors. On more than one occasion, each staff used a different cleaner to water ratio and some added bleach and/or soap to the cleaner mix, which poses a potential health, safety and personal rights risk to the children in care. 8 LPA verified and documented the posted instructions on preparing products for cleaning during the visit, and obtained signed verification of staff training from staff present during the visit, clearing the citation.
