SInk faucest were observed to be covered and not used. Based on ispection, the licensee did not comply with the directive above, as that 2 sink faucets (L, C) tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE) of 8.2 and 11.6 ppb. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care 8
