Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the directive above, as one (1) outlet used for drinking and/or food preparation tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE). This poses an immediate Health and Safety risk to children in care. 8 Facility representative stated that children in care will be provided with alternative potable water, by using alternate outlet water cooler. Facility representative stated that parents will be notified of the lead exceedances via email. Facility representative stated the POC will be provided to the San Diego Regional Office no later than 11/14/22.
Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in two (2) out of five (5) prescription medications were not in the original packaging with label instructions which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
