Personal Rights (a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights. This requirement was not met evidence by: 1 Director stated she will provide personal rights training to staff and provide proof of attendance to LPA by the due date. Based on interviews conducted by LPA, it was determined S2’s behavior poses a risk to day care children, and S2 speaks to day care children in an inappropriate manner, which poses a potential Health, Safety or Personal Right risk to persons in care. 8
