This requirement is not met evidenced by 1 During visit, LPA confirmed lead results were posted and lead documents were submitted. Director will remove, replace or repair outlet A. Director states results of retest or photos of remediated outlets will be submitted to LPA by 01/13/2022. LPA's record review of the lab report analysis from Outlet A taken on 11/01/2022. Results indicated levels of lead in exceedance. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care. 8
