LPA observations of children Per Administrator, the facility will review Title 22 regulation 101161(a) and will ensure they adhere to title 22 section 101161(a). Administrator stated that she will submit a wavier to the department to use the preschool playground while preschoolers are having lunch. co-mingling at 12:00pm, LPA observed 4 elementary children in the preschool playground. At 12:05pm LPA obderved a elementary child going into the preschool classroom to obtain there belongings. This is a immediate risk to the health and safety of the children in care.
Based on interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. The facility has not completed the water lead testing which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Based on record review and interview, LPA did not observe a EMSA approved pediatric first aid/cpr for any staff present at the facility. Per administrator states that they thought online classes were fine and she has scheduled an upcoming training for all staff. This poses a potential health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care.
