Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed a rusted nail exposed through composing wood on the corner of the wooden platform around the tree. LPA also observed a small ditch between the cement walkway into the middle of the preschool play yard. This posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Every child care center shall have all admission policies in writing and available to the public. The policies shall coincide with the limitations stated on the license, and shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Written admission criteria designating those children whose needs can be met by the center's program and services. 1 LPA spoke to Director who stated the social media team would remove the photos/videos of those children whose guardians did not consent to having them posted on social media ASAP. This was not evidenced by: The facility failing to adhere to their signed photo policy, where a guardian declined to have their child posted on social media and staff posted photos and/or videos without consent. 8
