All individuals subject to a criminal record review pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 1596.871 shall prior to working, residing or volunteering in a licensed facility: Obtain a California clearance or a criminal record exemption as required by the Department Director understands that teacher Rosalinda cannot return to the facility and work until a fingerprint clearance has been granted. Director also stated that the facility will temporarily close until it can be fully staffed. Director will remainin contact with LPA to advise when facility will reopen. This was not evidenced by: LPA verifying that teacher Rosalinda Chavez-Aguilar does not have fingerprint clearances on file for the facility. 8
