Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that 1 out of 3 staff members that were observed interacting with the children today, was not fingerprint cleared which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Staff that was not cleared was Jiaunna Arnell, who was observed in the Infant Room acting as the qualified teacher.
Based on record review, the facility did not comply with the directive above by having 3 water faucets located in the kitchen test with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE). This poses a Potential Health and Safety risk to children in care.
