LPA notified that they are still licensed by CCLD and therefore should follow their license conditions and limitations. Cheri stated that she will submit a plan of correction stating how this will not happen again by no later than 10/06/2021. LPAs observed a total of 16 children in classroom #2 which was not yet approved by CCL and 22 children in classroom #1. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care.
