Based on interview and record review Staff did not comply with the section cited above. Staff did not report the allegation to Community Care Licensing that may or may not have occurred to a child on 10/30/25. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
Cheri stated that she was unaware since children are also part of a transitional kindergarten classroom. Cheri now understands that even though children are also TK, they are still licensed by CCLD and therefore should follow their license conditions and limitations. Cheri stated that she will submit a plan of correction stating how this will not happen again by no later than 10/06/2021. LPAs observed 20 children in the classroom that was not approved by licensing and by interviewing Director. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care.
