Based on interviews, a staff member has been observed to yell at a child and has been observed to forcibly sit a child down to eat lunch. At least one staff member handled a day care child in a rough manner. 8 Staff meeting was previously held 06/21/2023 reinforcing staff responsibilities and children’s personal rights. Deficiency previously cleared. Deficiency today is cleared.

At least one staff member has had an inappropriate interaction with a child in care. This poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to children in care. 8 Meeting agenda, topics discussed, staff attendance and signatures, will be sent to LPA no later than 06/23/2023 by 5:00pm.
