Indoor activity space for infants §101438.3(b)

Director has scheduled two staff members to open the infant and preschool components, and LPA observed that the infants and preschoolers are not commingling. Deficiency cleared at time of inspection. Director confirmed that one staff opens the center at 7:30AM, and all children are together in the infant room, until the next staff comes in at 7:45AM to separate the infants and preschoolers, which poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
