There shall be a ratio of one teacher visually observing and supervising no more than 12 children in attendance. 1 The director will ensure that children and teachers are within required ratios at all times. Director will submit a Plan of Correction to the Department by 9/12/25 via email. Director will have a meeting with staff regarding ratios, watch ratio videos and submit declaration for each. Staff will use walkie talkies when on yard. This is evidenced by: Staff #2 was supervising 17 children on the playground alone while the other teacher took 5 children to the restroom. This is an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care. 8
