Director was instructed to reiterate the personal rights, supervision, and Mandated Reporter requirements with staff during the next staff meeting. Director will send LPA Pringle the agenda for the meeting and a sign in sheet with a signatire of all staff in attendance. T1 was seen grabbing C1 on the arm and making statements to other children that resulted in a child feeling embarrased and humiliated, which is a potential risk to the health, safety and personal rights of the children in care.
