Outlet B was made inaccessible during today's inspection, as staff was adivsed not to use it. Director stated that she will shut off water and submit verification. Director stated that she will order repairs for this faucet. An 8/18/2022 Lead Testing report indicated that outlet B (Sink in Dove Room) and D (Sink in Office) showed lead level exceedances in the water testing. 8 Director stated that Outlet D, the sink in the Preschool Office, has not been used for drinking water or food preparation.
