Based on observations and the interview with the Site Supervisor it is recommended the center contact the Santa Barbara County Education Office, through documents and interviews, it was discovered, the above regulation was not met as evidence by: Staff#4 utilizing unprofessional behaviour such as loud voice and offesive remarks towards children in care. 8 Inclusive Early Education Expansion Program (IEEEP) at (805) 964 710 ext. 4440 for additional training for staff to ensure further incidents do not occur. holly@hgoldberg.com Also CCC will email the department's CALM professional contact information.

This was not met as evidence by... 1 The CCC implemented a policy for event request and guidelines for clean after events and CCC moved admin staff and supplies to another location to prevent reoccuring issues. The CCC staff and management will have to watch the two following videos that are listed on the CDSS website: "Supervising Children in Child Care Centers” listed below" CCC staff left a ice cooler containing alcohol on CCC property. C6 grabbed a unopened container out of the cooler on 9/26/2023. Teacher violated a child’s personal rights which possess a potential health and safety risk to persons in care. 8
When the child care center director is absent from the center, arrangements shall be made for a fully qualified teacher as specified in Section 101216.1(c) to act as substitute…and shall be designated as an authorized person to correct operational deficiencies that constitute immediate threats to children's health and safety. 1 Program Director to provide updated LIC308 (Designation of Facility Responsibility) to LPA via email: maryrose.breault@dss.ca.gov by May 31st, 2023. Combustibles, cleaning equipment and cleaning agents shall be stored in an area separate from food supplies, in a locked cabinet or in a location innacessible to children. This was met by evidence of: Deficient Practice Statement Based on LPA observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in one count which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
