Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. 1 out of 2 staff did not have measles (MMR) or pertussis (Tdap) on file. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
During the inspection conducted on 07/03/23, multiple mice droppings were observed in the School Age classroom and a mouse was caught during the classroom inspection. In addition, in the playground area, several gopher holes were observed, and staff expressed concerns with children being bitten by the rodents while playing outside. "This is an immediate Health and Safety Risk for the children in care". Pictures of school age closet (clean)/restroom stall #3 (next to wall) and proof of independent contractor taking care of gopher problem is pending for review for CCLD.
