Lead test results showed that SITE A kitchen sink had lead exceedance of 51.0. 1 Per Licensee building water is not used for drinking or food preparation. Per Licensee she will have filter placed on kitchen sink spout and retest to ensure Lead Levels are not above 5.5ppb prior to using. Based on record review the licensee did not ensure water source at facility meet lead requirements. Lead test results showed that one water source had an action level exceedance. This is a potential risk to the health and safety of the children in care. 8
